Responsible for contents according to § 10 subsection 3 MDStV (governmental contract about media services):
BSH IT Solutions GmbH (address as indicated above)

1. Liability for Contents

The contents of our pages were drawn up with the greatest care. However, we cannot assume any liability for the correctness, completeness and topicality of the contents. As a service provider we are responsible for own contents on these pages pursuant to the general laws in accordance with § 7 subsection 1 TMG (German Telemedia Act). According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not liable as a service provider to monitor transmitted or saved third-party information or to research circumstances that suggest an illegal activity. Obligations for the removal or barring of the use of information in accordance with general legal regulations remain unaffected. Any liability in this respect is, however, only incurred from the moment that knowledge of the specific breach of law is obtained. As soon as we become aware of a legal violation we will remove such contents immediately.

2. Liability for links

Our service offers links to external web pages of third parties, on which we exert no influence of any kind. For this reason, we cannot take over liability for these external contents. For the contents of the linked pages always the respective provider or operator of the web pages is responsible. At the time of linking the linked pages were inspected for potential legal violations. Illegal contents could not be recognized at the time of linking. Permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is infeasible without specific indications for legal infringements. As soon as we become aware of a legal violation we will remove such contents immediately.

3. Copyright law

German copyright law governs content and works created by the page operators and presented on these pages. Reproduction, processing and dissemination and any type of use beyond what is permitted under copyright requires written authorization from the respective author and/or manufacturer. Downloads and copies of this page are only permitted for the private, non-commercial use. If the contents of this page were not drawn up by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, the contents of third parties are indicated as such. Should you still have reason to believe that a copyright violation has occurred, we ask you to give us notice about it. As soon as we become aware of a legal violation we will remove such contents immediately.

4. Data protection

The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal information. If personal data (for example, name, address or e-mail address) are collected on our pages, this will be done on a voluntary basis, if possible. No personal data will be forwarded to any third parties without your explicit consent. We draw your attention to the fact that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may involve gaps in security. A complete data protection against access of third parties is not possible.
We expressly object to the use of contact data as published within the framework of imprint obligations by third parties in order to send advertising and information materials which have not explicitly been requested. The operators of the websites expressly reserve the right to pursue legal steps in the event of unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example, by means of spam mails.

5. Use of cookies

This website uses cookies. These cookies, in particular, are intended to make our service more user-friendly, effective and safer. Cookies are small text files, which are placed and stored by your browser on your computer. Most of the cookies used by us are so-called session cookies, which are automatically deleted after ending your visit. Cookies do not cause any damage on your computer and do not contain any viruses.

6. Links for social Networks

Links to services like Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Xing, and LinkedIn are integrated into this website. These links are shown as icons in the form of the logo of the respective provider (further information will be displayed if the mouse pointer is moved to the icon without clicking). Clicking on one of the icons will redirect you the site of the respective provider. From this moment, user information may also be transmitted to the respective provider. For information on how your data is handled when using the websites of other providers, please refer to the respective privacy policies of these Providers. This imprint also applies to the business part of the XING and LinkedIn profiles of our employees.
